Balconies are constantly exposed to rain, moisture, and temperature changes. Without proper waterproofing and structural protection, small issues can quickly turn into water intrusion and costly damage.

At Trade Roofing, we recently completed our first balcony project as part of expanding our services to better support property owners and managers across Greater Seattle.

While balcony work is often handled by specialized contractors, our field team now includes a professional with direct experience working on balcony systems. This allows us to approach these projects with the same inspection-based mindset we apply to roofing systems.
