This project involved two roofing sections within the same property, both requiring full replacement. The complexity included managing structural deterioration, ensuring tenant safety, and maintaining operational continuity during execution.
A full tear-off was performed across both sections, followed by installation of insulation and a 60 mil TPO membrane system. Drainage systems were evaluated and upgraded as needed, including water testing and replacement of non-functional components.
Due to the use of specialized equipment, including roof cutters, coordination with tenants was required to minimize disruption and ensure safety throughout the project
The final system delivered improved waterproofing, optimized drainage performance, and extended roof lifespan, providing a cost-effective and durable solution for the property.
